By purchasing a gift voucher you will receive a postcard to deliver to the recipient, filled in by us with the value of the gift voucher and the code to use. At the bottom of the card there is a space to sign the gift or leave a message!

Gift vouchers do not expire, and can be redeemed by ordering a product from the site and entering the code during the purchase procedure, or the recipient can contact us by communicating the gift voucher code if they wish to create a custom-made carrier.

An automatic email will be sent to the recipient on the selected date to inform them that they have received a gift voucher. If you wish the email NOT to be sent to the recipient, you can enter your email address in the mandatory field, so that you receive the email with the gift voucher code (which will in any case also be shown on the postcard we will send you) .
