RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can request a return of a product within 15 days from the delivery.
In order to make the return, the customer must ship the product within 30 days from delivery.
The customer is responsible for any shipping and / or packaging costs and any other costs related to the return.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The refund will be made once the goods have returned to our office.
We do not accept returns for custom-made orders or with particular customizations.

We have created our site based exclusively on the product and ease of use.
Being you unable to see the items physically, we made our photo shoots trying to make the colors and proportions faithful and focusing on all the of our products. For this reason, the images and colors are purely representative.
